In Greene County district court the following persons pleaded not guilty: Deann Marie Goff, 33, of Jefferson, harassment-first degree, criminal mischief-third degree and trespass causing injury or damage; Nathan Flinn, 23, of Rippey, possession of marijuana-first offense, driving while license revoked, possession of methamphetamine, and unlawful possession of prescription drug; Gilbert James Montgomery, 59, of Grand Junction, possession of marijuana- third or subsequent offense; and Joe Edward Blackmon, 40, of Jefferson, public intoxication- third or subsequent offense. Trial dates were set for June 21 in every case.
Cases were initiated in district court as follows: Kyle Cuddy, 29, of Jefferson, burglary-third degree; and Christopher Herbert Lawrence, 36, of Ames, possession of dangerous weapon, possession of methamphetamine- second offense.
